Holiday House Vējavas

The total area of the holiday houses covers 5.7 ha, whichincludes a pond, a pergola with a kitchen, a valley-ball ground, a mini- football field , swings, a meadow- area for outdoor activities, bonfire places, pine-tree forest for setting up tents at the Svētupe`s fall into the sea, and a parking place.
Fourwell-equiped cottages are at guests` disposal with a 20 place for a good night’s sleep). In addition, we offer a summer room for 8 persons.
The Holiday houses „Vējavas” is an excellent choice to meet the needs of a family, an individual guest, a larger company or celebration. We have done our best to make your stay at our place– shorter or longer- pleasant.

Big house

It is the oldest building in the holiday home estate, also known as the fisherman's house. In 2021, interior renovations were carried out, and now the rooms have an open floor plan. There are 7 sleeping places in total, including 2 double beds, 1 bunk bed and 1 folding chair. The kitchen is equipped with appliances for meal preparation, a refrigerator, and a stove. There is also a shower and a toilet.

Barn

A dwelling cottage, which has been fixed up in the former barn of the fisherman`s individual house. The interior of the cottage is designed taking into account the peculiarities of the old building – a wooden ceiling,doors and beams. Twobedrooms can accomodate 4 guests. We offer one bedroom with a duble bed, the other one with two single antique beds. The kitchen is supplied with all facilities to make and have meals. We offer a shower, WC and a stove for cooler days.

Apple-tree garden

The cottage is located among apple-trees, next to the pond and beside a mighty oak-tree. The interior of the cottage is designed in a contemporary style. Two bedrooms are set upfor 4 persons. One bedroom has a– double bed and an extending chair. The other bedroom has–2 single beds. The kitchen is supplied with all facilities to make and have meals. We offer a shower, WC and electric heating for cooler days in this cottage. Next to the cottage is open- air fire site for picnics – a romantic end of the day.

Little house

The summer cottage is intended for 2 people. There is a double bed in the room. The cottage has a kitchen with appliances for meal preparation and a refrigerator. There is also a shower and a toilet. For cooler weather, electric heating is available.

Summer room

Fixed up in the maritime wing of the former barn for fishing tools. Eight sleeping-places (4 two-storey beds). No facilities are provided here. WC outside the house.

Sauna House

The accommodation is set up in an old rural farm building. The sauna house is designed for 2 people and includes a kitchen with equipment for meal preparation, a refrigerator, a shower, toilet. Additionally, guests of this accommodation have access to a sauna that is heated with firewood.

Pergola is located in the centre of the whole holiday house complex; its total area is 114 m2. A very cosy indoor building with spacious windows and large double doors, is equipped with a boulder fire-place, tables and benches; it retains a fisherman’s farm aura. Pergola is established for arranging smaller or larger festivities for up to 60 persons.

Holiday houses Vējavas reservation terms

PAYMENTS
When placing an order, the client receives an invoice from SIA "Vējavas". The order becomes effective only after the deposit payment, which constitutes 20% of the total invoice amount. If the client does not pay the invoice by the specified deadline, the reservation may be canceled without notice. Payment can be made by bank transfer or in cash at SIA "Vējavas" information center. Once we have received the payment, the client will receive a reservation confirmation via email.
CANCELLATION AND CHANGES TO THE ORDER
Cancellations must be made in writing and take effect from the date they are received by SIA "Vējavas".

- More than 30 days before the start date of the accommodation - a penalty fee of 50% of the deposit payment amount.
- 30-7 days before the start date of the accommodation - a penalty fee of 70% of the deposit payment amount.
- Less than 7 days before the start date of the accommodation - a penalty fee of 100% of the deposit payment amount.

If SIA "Vējavas" refunds money to the client for a canceled reservation via bank transfer, the client covers all bank transfer expenses. In the event of force majeure, SIA "Vējavas" reserves the right to cancel the reservation. In such cases, alternative dates are offered to the client, or the paid deposit amount for the canceled reservation is refunded. If the reservation is made through the booking website www.booking.com, the cancellation of the reservation is subject to the cancellation policy indicated on that website.
